There can be situations where you need to change your order's selected shipping option to an expedited shipping option.

We do offer the ability to change your shipping option after the order is placed for box orders for quantities of 5 or more. You will be able to request a change up to 24 hours after your artwork was been approved for production.

Sample orders, or box orders for quantities of 4 or less and shipped out in 3 business days, do not have this option and changing the shipping method is not permitted once the artwork has been approved for production.

If you would like to request a new shipping option when it is applicable, email our Customer Service at support@fantastapack.com along with the following information:

  1. Order ID or Last Name for your order
  2. New shipping option requested - This will allow us to send an invoice for the new shipping option
  3. Requested Delivery Date - so we can advise you on the best new shipping method

Please Note: Once your artwork has been approved for production, you will have 24 hours to request a shipping option change, cancel your order, or amend your artwork. You can reach our Customer Service support Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 3 PM Pacific Time for any order change. Packages are shipped from Kent, WA.
