HOW TO CHECK YOUR ORDER STATUS


To check the status of your order, just log into your Fantastapack account, then click on the order you would like to check the status of:

  • Artwork Submitted Status: you have just uploaded your artwork and our pre-press teams has been alerted. To learn more about our Pre-Press Services 👈click here.

  • Artwork Received Status means your artwork was been approved and your order is in our production queue.

How long will it take to get my boxes?

Add 7 (expedited order) or 10 (standard order) days for production to complete once your artwork has been approved (Artwork received status). It's only 3 business days for any box order containing 1 to 4 boxes (sample order).
Once the order is ready to ship out, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be located in your account:

Provide your order id (FP-XXXXX) or your email address associated with your account, this will allow us to look up your order.
